Part 2 – The Process

The process of self-healing can be undertaken with simplicity and calmness as follows:

1. Every morning when you awake and every night when you go to sleep, take a few moments to practice your self-healing treatment, which includes Meditation, complemented by healing water. Start by taking a sip of the healing water that has been specially prepared for you and applying it to the centre of your forehead and to all the areas of your body that need to be healed.

2. Sit back in a comfortable position and prepare for the Meditation of healing.

3. Imagine you are looking at a green apple on a tree in a beautiful orchard. Then, imagine that you are this apple and that you are seeking to travel to your Source, which lies below the ground. Visualise yourself travelling through the branches of the tree towards the trunk. Then visualise yourself travelling down the trunk into the roots until you reach the soil, where your Origin lies. This is the first step in your travel through Ziraat. Take your time to enjoy this journey and experience the lessons that may come to you on the way. When you reach the soil, it is not dark at all. In fact, the roots of this tree end up in a beautiful, warm, white light. Look at the light that you are seeking. Take time to recognise that you are reaching into a reservoir of unlimited energy, potential, wisdom and knowledge. (The audio CD on Meditation Part 2, Journey to the Source, has a guided meditation of this journey. For those who find it difficult to visualise this journey, listening to the guided meditation will certainly help.)

4. Next, when you are ready, repeat to yourself (in your mind) the Message of Healing, which says, “Heal in the name of the Origin”. You may substitute the word Origin with the words Light, or God, or Bhagwaan, or Allah, or Dios, or whatever name you choose to associate with your Source. Concentrate all your attention towards the centre of your forehead, where your spiritual energies are focused, while repeating this Message of Healing. If you have difficulty focusing on the centre of your forehead, apply some more of the healing water in this area and continue with your Meditation. This water will give you a tingling sensation in the area where you need to focus, thus helping you to concentrate better.

5. Continue to focus on the Healing Message for as long as you can. There may be days when you can only concentrate for one minute, while at other times, you may be able to meditate for an hour. The amount of time is not important and you should never think about the time during the Meditation. Let it start and end by itself. Ten seconds of true concentration is better than an hour of no focus. Hence this process requires quality of concentration rather than quantity of time spent in Meditation.

During the course of the day, if you feel pain or discomfort, you may take a sip of the healing water and Meditate for a few moments. You may do this as frequently as you wish.
Important Notes:

1. Your healing water is prepared especially for you and it must not be used by anyone other than yourself. When the level in the bottle goes down, you may top it up with natural spring water (there are many types of bottled waters that contain natural spring water). Avoid using tap water as it contains chemical pollutants.

2. The duration of your treatment and recovery depends very much on you. If you fully believe in your self-healing ability, practice your Meditation daily, and use the healing water as prescribed, then your recovery may be rapid. If you do not take the process seriously or do not practice the Meditation regularly, your recovery may be slow. It is entirely in your hands.

3. While you practice self-healing, continue to take all the medications that are prescribed by your medical doctor. Continue to follow the advice of your doctor at all times. Your Meditation and use of healing water is complementary to whatever medical treatment you may be receiving at the time.

4. When you perform your Healing Meditation, you should not wear any metallic objects, such as a watch or jewellery. You should also avoid wearing any black clothing, in particular the under-garments.

5. During your self-healing program, it is important that your body receive a plentiful supply of nutrients, minerals and vitamins from natural sources. Therefore, we have suggested a combination of fruit and vegetable juices (see Part 3), which may prove to be helpful.

Parte 2 – O Processo

O processo de auto-cura pode ser realizada com simplicidade e calma como se segue:

1. Toda manhã quando você acorda e todas as noites quando for dormir, tome alguns momentos para praticar o seu tratamento de auto-cura, que inclui meditação, complementada pela água de cura. Comece tomar um gole da água de cura que foi especialmente preparado para você e aplique ao centro de sua testa e em todas as áreas do corpo que precisam ser curadas.

2. Sente-se numa posição confortável e se prepare para a meditação de cura.

3. Imagine que você está olhando para uma maçã verde em uma árvore em um pomar lindo. Então, imagine que você está nessa maçã e que você está procurando viajar para sua fonte, que fica abaixo do solo. Visualize-se viajando por entre os galhos da árvore em direção ao tronco. Em seguida, visualize-se viajando para baixo do tronco e entre as raízes até chegar ao solo, onde se encontra a sua origem. Este é o primeiro passo para a sua viagem através Ziraat. Leve o seu tempo para desfrutar desta viagem e da experiência os ensinamentos que podem vir a você no caminho. Quando você atingir o solo não é escuro . Olhe para a luz que você está procurando. Tire um tempo para reconhecer que você está chegando em um reservatório de energia ilimitada, potencial, com conhecimento e sabedoria. (O CD de áudio em Meditação Parte 2, Journey to the Source, tem uma meditação guiada desta jornada. Para aqueles que acham difícil visualizar esta viagem, escutando a meditação guiada, certamente ajuda.)

4. Em seguida, quando estiver pronto, repita para si mesmo (em sua mente), a mensagem de cura, que diz: “Cura em nome da Origem”. Pode haver dias em que você só pode se concentrar por um minuto, enquanto que em outros momentos, você poderá meditar por uma hora. A quantidade de tempo não é importante e nunca deve pensar sobre o tempo durante a meditação. Dez segundos de concentração real é melhor do que uma hora de nenhum foco. Assim, este processo exige qualidade de concentração e não a quantidade de tempo gasto na meditação.

Durante ao decorrer do dia, se você sente dor ou desconforto, você pode tomar um gole da água de cura e meditar por alguns momentos. Você pode fazer isto tão freqüentemente quanto você quiser.
Notas importantes:

1. A água de cura é preparado especialmente para você e não deve ser usado por qualquer pessoa diferente de si mesmo. Quando o nível na garrafa vai para baixo, você pode cobri-lo com água mineral natural (existem vários tipos de águas engarrafadas que contêm água mineral natural). Evite usar água da torneira, porque contém os poluentes químicos.

2. A duração do seu tratamento e recuperação depende muito de você. Se você acredita plenamente na sua capacidade de auto-cura, a prática diária de sua meditação, e utilizar a água de cura, conforme prescrito, então a sua recuperação pode ser rápida. Se você não levar o processo a sério ou não praticar a meditação com regularidade, a sua recuperação pode ser lenta. É inteiramente em suas mãos.

3. Enquanto prática de auto-cura, continuar a tomar todos os medicamentos que são receitados por seu médico. Continue a seguir o conselho do seu médico em todos os momentos. Seu Meditação e utilização da água de cura é complementar a qualquer tratamento médico pode ser recebido no momento.

4. Quando você executar a sua cura, meditação, você não deve usar qualquer objeto metálico, como um relógio ou jóias. Você também deve evitar usar qualquer roupa preta, em particular a sub-roupas.
