In January 1991 I was diagnost with HIV at the age of 19, this was devastating news for me at this young age and I thougth that my life was ending. However, this was the beginning of my new life, when in 1996 I moved to London with my husband I became more and more interested in spirituality, starting with different therapies and ending with yoga. I am now a yoga teacher and in almost 20 years I have never been ill with relation to my condition, I think a positive approach to life and the support of my husband and all the love he gives me is what made posible for me to be here today, I have a 9 year old child. Both are free from the virus and they give me all the love that I needed. Love. Montse
