> Dr. Amyn Dahya

Mentor of inner excellence and ambassador of peace, is a man of remarkable experience, both from a material as well as a spiritual perspective. His lessons in life have tested great limits, ranging from the most difficult of material circumstances through to limitless joys in his spiritual journey.

> Background

Born and raised in Eastern Africa, Amyn entered the world of business at the tender age of eleven, when he sold fresh eggs from the family farm to the tourist hotels along the coastline of Mombasa, on his way to school each day.

He gained a distinguished academic record when he graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK in 1979. After graduation, he worked as a process engineer with a multi-national British engineering company until 1986, after which he formed his own consulting and technology development company. Through hard work, persistence and scientific excellence, he built an international enterprise over the subsequent twelve years, employing approximately 1000 people at its peak. His experience ranged from working hands-on in the remote areas of Vietnam to the Board Rooms of North America.

> Work & Life-changing experience

During his tenure, he led the scientific development and commercialization of strategic water purification technologies worldwide.

In 1998, he faced one of his greatest challenges when he lost his business and life’s work in a hostile take over, destroying his entire net worth. As is customary with such transactions, he experienced the harshness of lawsuits, giving him a first hand exposure to the American legal system, its strengths and vulnerability to abuse. He also learned much about the media, and the use and abuse of its power. Despite experiencing the pains of loss, accusations and the torment of watching his family and loved ones suffer, he persisted with hope, drawing upon his Spiritual strength to face the challenges that came his way. Whilst this phase of his life could be described as being traumatic, there were deep and permanent lessons learned. He emerged as a stronger and wiser person, equipped with a greater understanding of the tools that are required to grow and survive in the material world.

> Fresh Start

At the age of 42, Amyn began, once again a new chapter in his life. He started his business career afresh in the wastewater treatment and environmental pollution control technology industries. His focus lies in cleansing one of the most precious resources on earth – water. He restructured his priorities to divide his time between the development of natural science, business and service to humanity.

On a spiritual level, in 1993, he began to receive and write inspirational stories and insights, which led to the publication of the books, Reflections from the Origin and Parables from the Origin. During the course of his spiritual growth, he was also blessed with the gift of healing, with which he was able to help people with all forms of illnesses to heal themselves through meditation. He has since travelled extensively around the world, sharing his blessing of knowledge and healing. In December 1999, at the dawn of the New Millennium, he was invited to speak at the Parliament of World Religions in Cape Town, a forum attended by most of the world’s religious leaders, where he set forth the concept of oneness of humanity and universality of all religions, which represent the cornerstone of his teachings.

> Mentor of Inner Excellence

Dr. Amyn Dahya brings forth a remarkable depth of life’s experiences, which he passionately shares with all those he encounters.  He has inspired and motivated people from all walks of life to achieve positive self-growth, abundance, harmonious relationships within and beyond the family, and a deeper spiritual understanding that universally embraces race, culture and religious beliefs.

When asked how he feels about his mission Dr. Amyn replied: “I am grateful to be an instrument in this wonderful process.”
