Workshops with S.H.I.F.T Mentor Amyn Dahya, to learn how to build mental focus, to practice tecniques for aligning he physical body with the mind, to access the inner self and maximise our potential, to learn how to use the power of thought and focused intention, and the opportunity to experience clarity of purpose and inner peace.
