ITINERARY:

Oct 05 2011: Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Oct 06 2011: Day 02: PREPARATION SESSION – conference room

Oct 7 2011: Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla & Trek to Phakding 2640m.

Oct 8 2011: Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3440m.

Oct 9th 2011: Day 05: Hike to Khumjung, Everest Panorama 3880m.

Oct 10th, 2011: Day 06: SHIFT NEPAL – GRAND MEDITATION

Amidst the stunning views of Himalayan ranges and beautiful landscape at Khumjung, Everest Panorama.

Oct 11th, 2011: Day 07: Decend and overnight at Namache Bazaar

Oct 12, 2010: Day 08 Trek to Lukla.

Oct 13. 2011: Day 09 fly to and overnight in from Kathmandu

Oct 14.2011: Day 10 Departure to airport for onward journey.

Tour cost: USD $ 2300 per person +/- 10% (this is a preliminary cost)
Cost includes: twin sharing hotel accommodation & meals,
Return Air Fare: Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu
Experienced Trekker, Sherpa and Porters
National Park Permit & TIMS permit
Cost excludes:
All kind of personal nature expenses such as liquors, drinks, tips, travel insurance charges, airport tax, rescue operation charges, if in case it is required.  Any cost arising due to circumstance such as flight cancel/ delays by weather, strikes etc.
Liability: Participants are responsible and liable for themselves.  The Empowered Living Foundation   assumes no liability for your participation whatsoever.

SIGNIFICANCE OF MEDITATION:  Humanity is rapidly approaching a critical crossroad where the choices we make may impact our future. At present, the mindset and consciousness of our world at large is negative and filled with fear and apprehension, which has a potentially significant adverse impact on the environment, and water in particular. Water is the most intelligent element on the planet, which is impacted directly by human thought, as shown in studies by researchers such as Maseru Imoto. One of the best ways to neutralise negative consciousness is to create a SHIFT towards a positive consciousness. The Nepal Meditation combined with global particiaton by groups of people at their individual locations, is an important step towards creating this much needed SHIFT.
