Part 3- Suggested Nutritional Support
During the healing process, your body will need an abundant supply of minerals and vitamins, which are best obtained through fresh fruit and vegetable juices as shown below.
Plan A-1 General – NOT TO BE TAKEN BY DIABETICS or PEOPLE WITH HIGH BLOOD SUGAR PROBLEMS
Drink a full glass of fruit juice in the morning before breakfast.
Drink a full glass of vegetable juice before dinner, or preferably before lunch

Recommended:
Daily salad of green beans and fresh mint. You can squeeze a lemon, add salt and use olive oil for taste if needed.
Two mini-tubs of natural or fruit yoghurt, one to be taken with breakfast and one after dinner.
Notes:
1. If any of the above ingredients are not available, do not substitute. Make the juice of the day from whatever ingredients you can get. If you are too busy and cannot prepare the juice, eat the recommended fruits and vegetables raw for that day. Chew them well.
2. If any of the ingredients do not agree with your body, you should avoid taking them. You should consult your doctor to check if any of the above ingredients are to be avoided, based on your particular medical history.
