The Empowered Living Foundation

The Empowered Living Foundation (ELF) is a registered UK charity (not-for-profit) whose objective is to provide universal tools of empowerment to enhance the quality of human life, from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspective. The Foundation shares these tools at a global level with the view to helping create a positive shift in human consciousness.

Our Team

We, at the Empowered Living Foundation are a group of individuals who have experienced empowerement in one form or the other, and wish to share the same with you, whether it be health, vitality or transformation in thought.  We offer you tools of empowerement to achieve what you wish.

Powered by a team of volunteers and the teachings of Dr. Amyn Dahya, the primary message of ELF is that “each one of us embodies a reservoir of limitless potential, from where we draw all our essential tools of life, and harness our powers of creativity, self-development and healing, enabling us to be empowered beings”.

Our Mission

To foster positive thought to a level whereby, together, we can influence the SHIFT towards a global consciousness of unity, peace, harmony, and social and environmental responsibility.

Our Goal

Our aim is to help you activate your inner intelligence to empower yourself and others, to enable a positive consciousness.

ELF’s activities worldwide include:

• Forums that bring people together to participate in universal meditations that help enable self-development, whilst creating a positive consciousness based on harmony within human thought.
  

• Self-healing sessions offered free of charge to groups ranging from 50 to 3,000 people, primarily in developing countries where medical facilities are limited. These sessions empower people to sustain good health through natural nutrition, pure water, and drawing upon the power of thought to activate the natural auto-correctional mechanisms of the body.

• Workshops and lectures on a broad range of self-development techniques and philosophies.

Our goal for 2010, up until 2012 and beyond is to focus on the S.H.I.F.T. Project, in order to unite people through the power of positive thought to enable humanity to move away from war, division and loss of humanistic values; and take positive strides towards creating a consciousness of unity, peace, harmony, social responsibility and environmental care.
